Decision-making

You have an unwanted pregnancy. What now? Do you want to see the pregnancy through, or have it terminated? For the purposes of making a well-considered decision, it is important to duly consider your wish to have children, your living situation, possibilities and the consequences of your decision. Talk to your partner, family and/or friends about this.

Do you not have anyone to whom you can speak and/or do you need assistance? You may find solace in a decision-making conversation with a specialised institution such as the Fiom. You may gain some insight into what you want, your motives and options available to you.

You can make an appointment at our clinic if you are considering having the pregnancy terminated. There will first be an intake interview in which you state your reasons. If you decide to give birth (after all), we will refer you back to Fiom if necessary.
